With thousands of music fans coming to the studio each year – often making long journeys to visit, we needed to ensure that the customer experience lives up to expectations. The decision to use in-store technology from TRC Solutions and iVend Retail in Abbey Road is fully in line with our omni-channel model, unifying the online and offline experience.
Our SAP Business One/iVend Retail System from TRC Solutions has helped us achieve enormous time and cost savings thanks to the unification of business processes, supplier price list integration and consolidated reporting. It has also enabled a 360-degree view of our customers with the integrated CRM feature allowing us to serve our customers better now and for the future.
Before partnering with TRC Solutions, we were ready to remove our SAP Business One implementation from the business as it was not functioning as we expected. With the help of TRC Solutions, we now have a fully functioning SAP install that has now been rolled out across our subsidiaries in the United States and Australia. TRC Solutions reviewed the previous install which was slow and not optimised. The team not only improved the solution but built the install from the ground up, moving from on-premise to a hosted server, giving our team much needed remote access.
