Regardless of the duration, our consultants will be with you, every step of the way.

Successful system deployments and managing customer engagement drive my day-to-day tasks, however, I also act as the main contact for all suppliers internally. Working with suppliers ensures that TRC Solutions negotiates the best rates, which we then pass to our customers. As a certified PRINCE2 practitioner, I am responsible for resource planning within the TRC Solutions business and monitor timelines and delivery dates for customer projects. 

PRINCE2 is the de facto process-based method for effective project management. I ensure our deployment teams have all the skills and resources they need to deliver the best solution that delights customers. I relish the challenges that my differing roles offer and combining the ever-changing customer needs.
